Can I make my own applications for VisiOS?
Absolutely! VisiOS provides a platform for users to create their own applications using the brand new hybrid WarpScript programming language. Of course, WarpScript isn't yet developed, but in the future, we hope it's syntax will make it easy to make whatever you think of on VisiOS.
What file formats does VisiOS support?
VisiOS supports basically any file format you give it, but there should be a program that can run it (like a media player, or a photo viewer), or else it will just sit on the OS not doing anything.
Currently, we have just a litte range of file formats we have support of right now, but here's a short list:
File Types File Formats Unformatted Text You mean... .TXT? It's the simplest thing imaginable! Of course yes. .JSONs and other text-based data interchange formats are also easily read. Sound Files Basically any formats TurboWarp supports, such as .MP3s, .WAVs, .OGGs, and the list goes on. Web-pages Okay, third update - a web browser would be easy, until we realized that the TurboWarp iFrame extension accepts only 1 iframe at a time, not being useful in any way. Images We only support .PPM files (and with some little modding, .PBMs and .PGMs incoming), because of the complicated nature of other file types, like .PNGs and even .BMPs. Videos TurboWarp has an extension for videos, like .MP4s or .AVIs, but we have no idea how to make be easy to use in media players and stuff yet. 3rd-party programming language programs Unless someone else makes an interpreter for any programming language on VisiOS (email me if ya do! ;)), we don't want to make any ports of popular programming languages, and don't plan to, because of the complexity. Can I use VisiOS for commercial purposes?
Yeah! Just be sure to credit us, as usual.
How do I uninstall VisiOS?
there is no escape.
